Purpose of the Role
To support the design, delivery, and embedding of change and communication interventions across key programmes. The specialist will apply an action-learning and training lens to drive employee engagement, enable adoption of new ways of working, and build communication capability across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Change Management
- Co-create and implement change management strategies that maximise adoption and minimise resistance.
- Conduct stakeholder analyses, readiness assessments, and impact analyses.
- Support champions and leaders in embedding change through engagement, storytelling, and practical tools.
- Develop and facilitate action learning experiences that strengthen ownership and collaboration.
Communications
- Craft clear, engaging, and purpose-driven communications that align to programme objectives.
- Develop key messaging frameworks, campaign content, and storytelling assets.
- Coordinate newsletters, town hall content, videos, and digital communications.
- Support leadership communications and create toolkits to maintain message consistency.
Training and Development
- Design and facilitate learning sessions, workshops, and masterclasses to build capability for change.
- Translate technical or project content into simple, learner-friendly formats.
- Apply adult learning and experiential learning principles to create impactful experiences.
- Monitor feedback and learning outcomes to inform continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in Change Management, Communications, or Learning & Development.
- Proven experience delivering in complex environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong writing, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with digital tools (MS Forms, Miro, Canva, MS Teams, SharePoint).
- Understanding of ADKAR, Kotter, or similar change frameworks.
- Experience in designing and facilitating Action Learning and Training Programmes.
- Exposure to large-scale organisational change initiatives preferred (insurance/financial services advantageous).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Organisational Development, Psychology, or related field.
- Certification in Change Management (Prosci or equivalent) advantageous.
- Adult Learning / Facilitation qualification or experience desirable.
