About the Role

This internship offers a unique opportunity for a motivated, tech-savvy individual to gain hands-on experience in technical and operational support within a fast-paced business environment. You will play a crucial role in supporting both the Customer Success and Sales Support teams, with the potential to transition into a permanent position based on performance and business needs.

Your Role & Responsibilities:
As a Customer Success & Sales Support Intern, your primary focus will be on providing technical and operational assistance to support the smooth running of the business. Key responsibilities include:

  • Technical Support: Assist with the setup and configuration of products, troubleshoot issues, and support the resolution of technical incidents.
  • System Management: Help load deals, create accounts, and manage customer data within relevant systems to ensure accurate and efficient operations.
  • Process Support: Gain exposure to operational processes within Customer Success, including incident management, user administration, and product configuration.
  • Operational Assistance: Participate in team ceremonies, meetings, and support efforts to improve internal documentation and processes.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with both the Customer Success and Sales Support teams to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Currently studying or recently completed a Computer ScienceInformation Technology, or related degree/diploma from a reputable institution.
  • 2 years of experience in a technical support, operations, or customer success-related role is preferred but not required.
