About the Role
Our client is looking for a Discovery Bank Specialist to join their team in Hyde Park. The role involves advising clients on banking solutions, managing relationships, processing transactions, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on Discovery Bank’s products and digital banking solutions.
- Manage client accounts and build long-term customer relationships.
- Provide guidance and support with the Discovery Bank app and digital interfaces.
- Accurately process transactions and handle client queries.
- Maintain compliance with internal banking and financial policies.
- Ensure a superior customer experience through responsive service and problem-solving.
Requirements
- 2–3 years’ experience in banking, financial services, or customer-facing financial roles.
- Strong analytical skills and sound finance knowledge.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively on-site within a collaborative team.
- Experience with the Discovery Bank app and interface is essential.
Qualifications:
RE5 qualification is advantageous but not required.
