Role Overview:

Our client is looking for a senior executive to drive its strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, and reputation agenda. This role sits at the centre of business, policy, and public positioning, shaping how the organisation is perceived, how it engages with key stakeholders and  strengthening these critical relationships. You will operate as a trusted advisor to leadership, ensuring communication, reputation, and stakeholder strategies are aligned to business priorities and long-term sustainability.


Minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 -12 years of experience in a senior leadership role within communications, corporate affairs, or a related field
  • Proven experience in stakeholder engagement, brand positioning, and external representation
  • Experience within financial services, insurance and a highly regulated environment is advantageous

  • Lead and execute the organisation’s strategic communications and stakeholder engagement agenda
  • Build and maintain influential relationships across regulatory, government, and industry stakeholders
  • Oversee brand positioning, reputation management, and crisis communication
  • Drive alignment between communication strategies and broader business objectives
  • Embed sustainability and ethical business practices into key initiatives
  • Provide governance oversight and proactively manage reputational risk
  • Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing communications and stakeholder team
