Role Overview:

Great opportunity for a junior IT professional looking to grow their career in a dynamic support environment. You’ll provide first-line technical support and gain exposure across infrastructure, networking, and VoIP systems.


Minimum requirements:

  • 0–2 years’ experience in IT Support / Helpdesk
  • Basic knowledge of Windows, Linux, networking fundamentals
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle multiple support requests

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line IT support (remote & on-site)
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Set up and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals
  • Support VoIP systems and network connectivity
  • Manage user accounts, password resets, and access requests
  • Log and track incidents via helpdesk systems
  • Escalate complex issues where required

Advantageous:

  • CompTIA A+
  • Cisco / Fortinet / Sophos certifications
  • Basic cloud knowledge (AWS/Azure)
  • Exposure to ticketing systems and remote tools
