Role Overview:

Our client is looking for a strategic People leader to partner with the executive team in shaping workforce strategy, talent priorities, and organisational capability. This role operates at a purely strategic level, focusing on aligning People initiatives to business objectives, strengthening leadership capability, and enabling long-term organisational effectiveness. You will act as a trusted advisor to leadership, using data-driven insights and forward-looking workforce planning to influence decision-making and support an organisation positioned for future growth.


Minimum requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field
  • Postgraduate qualification is advantageous
  • 8–10 years’ experience in HR with strong exposure to strategic HR partnering
  • Proven experience advising and influencing senior leadership
  • Experience in workforce planning, talent strategy, and organisational development
  • Strong experience using data and insights to inform People decisions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with senior leaders to align workforce strategy with business priorities
  • Translate organisational goals into actionable People and talent strategies
  • Lead workforce planning, succession, and capability development conversations
  • Provide strategic input on organisational design and performance optimisation
  • Implement and drive adoption of People frameworksgovernance, and best practices across business areas
  • Leverage data and analytics to inform workforce decisions and identify risks
  • Influence influence leadership practices and organisational effectiveness
  • Ensure alignment between People strategy, organisational capability, and business objectives
