We’re looking for a purpose-driven Mentorship & Stakeholder Engagement Lead to spearhead the design and delivery of a mentorship experience that drives transformative change. This role will play a critical part in embedding behavioural shifts through relationship-based learning and strategic engagement, with a strong focus on equity, empowerment, and systems change.

Key Requirements:

Mentorship Programme Design & Enablement

  • Co-create a dynamic mentorship framework that aligns with the programme’s change agenda, fostering cross-generational leadership and peer learning
  • Lead the onboarding, matching, and continuous support of mentors and mentees—ensuring engagement, growth, and alignment with development goals
  • Develop practical tools (toolkits, guides, templates) that enable both mentors and mentees to anchor their experience in real-world outcomes
  • Establish structured check-ins and impact tracking mechanisms to assess growth, behavioural shifts, and alignment to leadership principles

Stakeholder Engagement & Change Advocacy

  • Design and implement a stakeholder engagement plan that builds a committed ecosystem of changemakers across multiple areas.
  • Facilitate trust-based relationships through one-on-one sessions, roundtables, and advocacy events that surface shared value and alignment to transformation outcomes
  • Maintain an active stakeholder matrix and tracking dashboard to ensure strategic engagement is consistent, targeted, and measurable

Partnership & Influence Building

  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances that expand the reach, credibility, and long-term sustainability of the programme
  • Champion institutional endorsements and thought leadership from regional and global leaders committed to inclusive leadership in the energy sector
  • Drive visibility of partnerships through joint campaigns, shared publications, and collaborative storytelling

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 7+ years of experience in leadership development, mentorship programmes, stakeholder engagement, or organisational development
  • Demonstrated ability to lead programmes that create behavioural change and promote inclusive leadership
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with experience in securing partnerships and influencing at executive level
  • Knowledge of change management practices and tools that drive stakeholder alignment and learning adoption
  • Passionate about gender equity, leadership transformation, and inclusive systems design, particularly within the African or emerging market context
