Role Overview:
We’re looking for a proactive NOC Technician to monitor and maintain IT systems, ensuring uptime and performance. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys troubleshooting and working in a fast-paced operations environment.
Minimum requirements:
- 1–3 years’ experience in NOC / IT Support
- Knowledge of monitoring tools (PRTG, SolarWinds, Nagios, Zabbix)
- Understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)
- Willingness to work shifts (including nights/weekends)
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor networks, servers, and applications
- Respond to alerts and performance issues
- Identify outages and escalate incidents
- Maintain logs and update ticketing systems
- Perform routine system checks and diagnostics
- Generate reports on system performance
