Are you passionate about transforming organisations and aligning capacity for performance? We’re looking for a dynamic Organisational Development Specialist to support a high-impact project in the tourism sector.
Qualification: NQF Level 7 in one of the following:
- Management Services
- Workstudy
- Organisational Development
- Operations Management
- Industrial Psychology
Experience: Minimum of 5 years leading and executing organisational development and capacity alignment initiatives

- Strong analytical and facilitation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Results-driven with a practical mindset for implementation
