We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead the successful planning and implementation of a high-impact leadership development and transformation programme. This role calls for an agile leader who thrives in complex stakeholder environments and brings a strong grounding in change management, programme delivery, and cross-sector collaboration.

Key Requirements:

Programme Delivery & Change Enablement

  • Lead the development and execution of an integrated project plan, aligning timelines, resource requirements, and stakeholder deliverables
  • Apply change management principles to facilitate stakeholder alignment, drive behavioural adoption, and ensure ownership of programme outcomes
  • Coordinate the roll-out of learning, mentorship, and experiential components to ensure they reinforce sustainable change across participant organisations

Stakeholder & Partner Coordination

  • Facilitate strategic coordination across multiple stakeholders, ensuring engagement is purposeful and aligned to programme outcomes
  • Serve as the communication hub between multiple consultants, facilitators, and implementation teams

Operations & Performance Monitoring

  • Manage the project’s administrative infrastructure: scheduling, documentation, version control, and reporting
  • Track resource usage, timelines, and risks using adaptive planning tools
  • Compile status updates and reports, escalating issues where strategic decisions are required

Learning Journey Oversight

  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and tracking of participants across all programme components
  • Monitor engagement, identify blockers, and implement responsive interventions to maintain momentum and programme quality

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years’ experience managing multi-stakeholder programmes, ideally in development, energy, education, or gender sectors
  • Proven expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Results-Based Management), with the ability to lead from planning to close-out
  • Demonstrated application of change management approaches (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter, or Prosci) in programme environments
  • Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills to drive collaboration, navigate complexity, and inspire buy-in
  • Ability to synthesise information quickly, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality outputs under pressure
