About the Role
Our client is looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Business Developer to take the lead in acquiring new business and driving growth in both the direct and reseller markets. This senior-level role requires a proven track record in securing high-value deals, expanding market presence, and building strategic partnerships. A strong understanding of the technical aspects of the business, combined with exceptional stakeholder management and cold selling skills, is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Acquisition: Proactively identify and target new customers, driving significant sales growth and expanding market presence within both direct and reseller channels.
- Market Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and revenue through distributor and direct sales channels.
- Sales Execution & Deal Closure: Build a solid sales pipeline, pitch tailored solutions, and consistently convert leads into long-term, high-value clients.
- Product & Market Expertise: Advantageous experience in selling APN models and reverse-billed mobile datato enhance market competitiveness.
- Sales Operations & Reporting: Leverage CRM tools and data analytics to track sales performance, forecast growth, and optimize sales strategies for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- 10+ years in sales and business development, with a proven ability to acquire new business and expand market reach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in acquiring new clients, expanding market reach, and consistently achieving sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, deal-closing, and relationship-building skills with a focus on results.
- Self-motivated, with a deep understanding of the technical and operational aspects of the business.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external partners.
