Role Overview:

This role will support organisational design initiatives through the assessment of existing structures and the development of a detailed future-state organisational framework aligned with strategic priorities.


Minimum requirements:

  • Experience in organisational design and workforce structure planning
  • Strong diagnostic and analytical capabilities
  • Experience working with senior leadership teams
  • Consulting experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct organisational diagnostics and structural assessments
  • Identify improvement opportunities in current organisational structures
  • Develop detailed future-state organisational design models
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to support organisational alignment
