Role Overview:
This role will support organisational design initiatives through the assessment of existing structures and the development of a detailed future-state organisational framework aligned with strategic priorities.
Minimum requirements:
- Experience in organisational design and workforce structure planning
- Strong diagnostic and analytical capabilities
- Experience working with senior leadership teams
- Consulting experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct organisational diagnostics and structural assessments
- Identify improvement opportunities in current organisational structures
- Develop detailed future-state organisational design models
- Engage with senior stakeholders to support organisational alignment
