Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Communications Specialist to support a high-impact engagement within a transformation-focused environment. The role will support key transformation initiatives, ensuring clear, consistent, and strategic communication across stakeholders during a period of organisational change.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field
- Postgraduate qualification will be an advantage
- 8–10+ years’ experience in Strategic / Corporate Communications roles
- Proven track record in change and transformation communications
- Prior experience in consulting or contractor-based engagements advantageous
- Strong stakeholder management at senior/executive level
- Ability to independently design and implement communication strategies
- Experience in complex, fast-paced corporate environments
- Excellent writing, messaging, and content development skills
