We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Skills Audit Specialist to support a critical HR development initiative within the public sector.
Requirements:
- Qualification: NQF Level 7 in one of the following:
- Management of Training
- Human Resource Development
- Human Resource Management
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years conducting comprehensive skills audit projects
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Deep understanding of HRD principles and national skills planning frameworks
- Strong analytical, stakeholder engagement, and reporting skills
- Able to operate independently and deliver within tight timelines
