We are seeking a seasoned Linux Architect / Administrator with over 10 years of experience in designing, implementing, and optimising enterprise Linux environments. You will be responsible for architecting robust Linux-based systems, enhancing automation capabilities, securing infrastructure, and supporting cloud integration to ensure business-critical systems are reliable, secure, and high-performing.
Key Requirements:
- Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related field
- Preferred Certifications
- Cisco CCNP/CCIE (Enterprise, Security, or Data Centre)
- Fortinet NSE4/NSE7
- Palo Alto PCNSE
- AWS/Azure Networking certifications
- Technical Competencies
- Deep knowledge of Check Point firewall platforms and features
- Proficiency in routing and switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, VXLAN, MPLS, SD-WAN)
- Experience with multi-vendor environments including Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortinet, and Aruba
- Hands-on understanding of Layer 2/3 switching, VLANs, STP, and redundancy (HSRP, VRRP)
- Advanced knowledge of cloud networking (VPCs, VNets, peering, hybrid connectivity)
- Scripting and automation skills (Python, PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform)
